Your journey begins here. Our team of builders, architects, and designers will visit your site to discuss your vision and needs, and to provide preliminary options and cost estimates. This stage concludes with a preliminary agreement and a commitment to move forward if we are a mutual fit.

We collaboratively refine your vision at home, drawing inspiration from your selected examples. The outcome: a tailored concept plan with preliminary layouts, elevations, 3D views, and revised budget estimation.

Building Construction

We turn your concept into a detailed design. With soil tests and engineering consultations completed, we prepare the working drawings. We organise supplier meetings for material selection, ensuring we minimise or ideally eliminate any provisional costs. We present you with a detailed building proposal and work schedule, both accessible 24/7 via our online portal.

With your approval, we commence construction. A contract is drafted, a timeline is established, and our Online Access System ensures you remain informed and involved. At PEDRIVA, we ensure no detail is overlooked. If at any stage you decide not to proceed, rest assured there will be no hidden fees, and the drawings remain yours.
